SUPRT Data CollectionIn fall 2025, the SAMHSA Unified Performance Reporting Tool (SUPRT) replaced the former GPRA Client Outcome Measure Tool. The Behavioral Health Administration is partnering with The Evaluation Center to collect and monitor SUPRT data. This includes administering both the SUPRT-A and SUPRT-C instruments, along with their related assessments.
